The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:
1. Processing Time: 1-3 business days
After your order is placed, we need 1-3 business days to process and prepare it for shipment. This includes quality control and the arrangement of the best shipment option.
2. Shipping Time:
Once your payment is processed, our warehouse needs 1-3 days to prepare and dispatch your order. For orders with multiple items, processing time is based on the item with the longest processing time.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been successfully placed and another email when your order has shipped, including a tracking number.
