Authorized Resale Policy
Purpose
This policy outlines the authorized resale guidelines for Bedlore products to ensure that our brand is represented in a manner consistent with our values and high standards.
Eligibility for Resale
To become an authorized reseller of Bedlore products, businesses must meet the following criteria:
- Be a registered business with relevant licenses.
- Purchase products through the official Bedlore Wholesale Program or approved distributors.
- Operate within a physical store, or through a licensed online platform that has been approved by Bedlore.
Prohibited Resale Channels
Reselling Bedlore products on online marketplaces such as Amazon, eBay, Walmart, or any other third-party marketplace is strictly prohibited unless explicitly approved by Bedlore in writing. This includes:
- Unauthorized third-party websites
- Auction platforms
- Discount or clearance marketplaces
Brand Protection
All Bedlore trademarks, logos, and intellectual property are protected by law. Unauthorized use of Bedlore materials for resale or marketing purposes may result in legal action, including but not limited to:
- Termination of reseller agreement
- Financial penalties
- Injunctive relief or claims for damages
Wholesale Orders
Wholesale orders placed through Bedlore are considered final sale. These orders are not eligible for:
- Returns
- Exchanges
- Refunds
Price Integrity
Resellers are required to follow the Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) set by Bedlore. Any violation of MAP guidelines may lead to:
- Loss of reseller status
- Termination of business relationship
Enforcement
Bedlore reserves the right to monitor and enforce compliance with this policy. Resellers found violating the policy will be subject to review and possible termination of their resale agreement. Legal action may be taken in case of misuse or unauthorized resale.
