Order & Delivery

Since our delivery service does not currently support certain areas, or some of the products are suddenly out of stock. For an accurate reason, you can contact us via: help@bedlore.com.

We support almost all major payment methods, including credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club), PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

Your order will be shipped within 1-3 days, and it will be delivered in 3-7 days, depending on your location.

You can track your order via your tracking number, which will be emailed to you if the order begins shipping.

No, we provide FREE SHIPPING for all of our products; you don't need to pay for the shipping fee. For more detail, read our shipping policy.

Product Use & Care

After you receive the package, carefully open it and check the size and color. Then lay the mattress topper/protector on the bed, tuck the four corners into the skirt hem, and then smooth it out. For more detailed steps, you can refer to our Usage Guide or read the instruction manual included in the package.

For a mattress topper, you can lay it out for 24-72 hours, and fluff it by shaking or pressing it gently. If you can't wait to use it, you can put the topper into a dryer and set a 20-minute low-heat dry. However, please notice do not put any memory foam layer into a washing machine or dryer. Generally, most of our products are washable in cold water with a gentle detergent, but Different products have different tips. For a more specialized guide, click here.

Return & Exchange

At Bedlore, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied, according to the tracking information, we provide a 30-day warranty after the product is shipped (if you need to return the product, please contact us within 30 days). Generally, if the return or exchange is due to a product problem(Damaged or incorrect), we will cover the shipping fee. If the return or exchange is out of personal will, then you should pay for the shipping fee.

Yes, the Bedlore mattress protector is hypoallergenic and designed to block dust mites, pet dander, and other allergens, making it an excellent choice for allergy sufferers.

While the Bedlore mattress protector provides excellent protection against dust mites and allergens, it is not specifically designed as a bed bug encasement. For bed bug protection, consider a specialized bed bug mattress encasement.
